Hot Off the Presses: New YA February 12-18

Hot Off the Presses -- brand new YA releases!

Welcome to Hot Off the Presses! Every Tuesday, I tell you about all the great YA books releasing and then give you a chance to win one. If you're a reviewer, you can also link your blog or Goodreads reviews of any YA book publishing this week so we can all check them out!

And, yes, there's usually a giveaway. This week, a US winner will win a hardcover of Revel by Maurissa Guilford and your choice of one of these ARCs: Pivot Point by Kasie West or Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys. International winner will win a hardcover of either Pivot Point or Indigo Spell.

If you are a US resident and want to read Indigo Spell (and why wouldn't you?) you can enter to win that here, in my Romance is in the Air Hop! Entries close at midnight on Valentine's Day.

    1. Yikes there is a lot to read this week. I need to lock myself in a room with just food and books.

  2. No more book buying for me this week. I caved on a few Kindle downloads and took a few review requests for the first time in months. Already behind now....lol

  3. I've already read a few of these so I'm most looking forward to The Mirrored Shard to finish off the Iron Codex series. I also want to read Sever and Pivot Point.

  4. I'm scared to read Sever. But I CANNOT wait to dive into Indigo Spell. I was good and didn't actually start it last night, but as soon as I finish City of a Thousand Dolls, or I get the audio from the pub - whichever comes first, it's on. :) And I'm not one to give up on a series, but after The Nightmare Garden, I don't know if I'll read The Mirrored Shard. I've kept on with a couple of series with seriously disappointing middle books, and it didn't bode well for me. :( Lesson learned.

    1. If I'm not crazy about the first book in a series, I often am wary to keep reading.

  6. This week is nuts for new releases. I just checked my read list on goodreads and I have read 7 books that release this week! No wonder my boyfriend says that I'm always reading! I'm hoping to read wither, fever and sever now that they are all out!

  12. Dear Jen,

I am officially broke. I can buy no more books until... I don't even know. Could you please push back the good releases until like May? June? Or at the very least take March 5th off the calendar. Please? That day really needs to not happen in March. ;)

    Sincerely, Kim

  23. I read Sever, and it was okay. I just felt as if there was no action, no conflict, and no closure. It just went on with no problems rising, almost like she got exactly what she wanted without even trying. It bothered me.
