GIVEAWAY POLICIES

1. Entrants must be at least 13 years old, as I am legally prohibited from collecting personal information from children 12 and under. Winners will be selected using either Rafflecopter.com or random.org. Winners will be contacted using the email address provided and must respond with a valid mailing address within 2 days. If I don't receive a response within that time frame, I may select a new winner.

2. Winners in the US will probably receive books by media mail. While I am willing and able to provide you with proof of mailing, I can't be responsible for lost books.

3. Winners' names (in the form that they were provided upon entry) will be posted on the rafflecopter form or on Sunday in my Extra! Extra! blog news feature.

Emails/adddresses collected for giveaways will not be used for any other purpose than notifying and/or communicating with the winner(s). See my Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Individual giveaways will state whether they are open to US only, US/Canada, or International. If the giveaway in question is prohibited where you reside, you agree not to enter.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

6. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Unless stated otherwise, prizes are secondhand books with little to no retail value.

7. By entering a giveaway, you a) agree to these rules and my privacy policy and b) certify that you are 13 years or older and reside in a state/country where the giveaway is legal.

By accepting a prize, you a) agree that unless stated otherwise, the prize is a secondhand book with little to no retail value and b) agree that you will hold me, the book's author and the book's publisher harmless in the event that your entry or the prize negatively impacts you in any way.

8. Duplicate entries and/or entries that do not follow giveaway rules will be deleted. Only one set of entries per ISP address.

9. These rules may be modified as necessary.
